My teabag art for today is an Abstract. I decided to do a mixed media piece. This was done on a used Nerada teabag that I very seldom am able to get apart without tearing them up they are sealed so tightly at all of the seams. This one had a few holes and some tearing along the sides but otherwise I got it open. It was painted with watercolor, I put stamped tissue paper behind the holes, added some gold leaf, some metallic thread with gold beads, some black DMC floss for the fuzzy fringe and some with dangling black beads.
