Art journal page "Believing the impossible is possible" in Dina Wakley Journal

Art journal page just completed in my Dina Wakley journal.  The background was paint that had seeped through from the journal page on the front.  I cut out a banner from Kraft paper using Sizzix Framelits Banner 3 die.  The background pieces on the banner were bits of prints from my gelli plate.  The Fairy stamp was from Pasttime Crafts and was stamped with Black archival ink.  The banner top left corner was stamped with Recollections banner stamp set and attached to a piece of burlap that I pulled from the edge.  I also used We R memory keepers tab punch, Spellbinders scallp circle die, lime twine, black thread, button, lace and loose burlap threads and twine.

You Make me Smile and "hi" greeting Cards

Hi everyone - another post - I used up the last of my Prima Romance novel papers.  I ended up with one feminine layout, one masculine layout and 3 cards.  I was really happy with these cards.  I went to the Pagemaps website and used their March 2012 cardmaps for both of these cards.  In addition to the Prima papers, I used Heartfelt creations Aster stamp and die and Striped Sun Kissed Fleur stamp and die.  I also used my Close to my heart Cricut Artiste collection stamps for both of the greetings on these cards.  Black embossing powder, Paper Mania 5x7 clear stamp set "bunting", Sizzix embossing forlder "Bricked", Cuttlebug embossing folder "Goochie Script", EK Success Postage Stamp Punch, Spellbinders on the edge die "notebook", scrappers floss, glimmer mist in pearl for the flowers, spun sugar, worn Lipstick and aged mahogany distress markers for the flowers.  Hope you enjoy!

This is a scrapbook layout of my son at his graduation from college.  I used My minds Eye Hazel "Fancy" lots of dots paper (using the design by Ali Dosdall that I saw at the following link for the chevron design:  http://scrapbookandcardstodaymag.typepad.com/scrapbook_cards_today_blo/2012/09/chevron-tutorial-with-aly-dosdalland-one-more.html
She made the most beautiful card with the chevron design and she shares how she made it.  I used  Crate Paper Random Collection "Modern", "Graphic" and "Denim" papers.  I used Tim Holtz rosette die cut for the rosettes.  I used sizzix die for the book, and "Graphically Speaking" Cricut cartridge for the rolodex card that I used as a photo "Frame".  You can see a video on my youtube channel:  http://www.youtube.com/user/horsewhisprr
