The Flower Girl

Hi Everyone,
I have finished another scrapbook page and wanted to share it.  I used a piece of white cardstock, stamped on the background with versamark ink and embossed with a' la mode white embossing powder using Darkroom Door stamp "Prague, Vol 2; Mickey Choo Botanical set; Stampers Anonymous "Curiosities"; Heartfelt Creations background stamp "Vintage Word".  Then the background was sprayed with Heidi Swapp Black Velvet and Primrose Color Shine. The frame is from Scrapmatts and I painted it white, then brushed it with versamark ink and then embossed it with clear embossing powder.  The birds are also from Scrapmatts and they were painted white, then after they were dry I painted on some white glue and sprinkled them with Martha Stewart Fine white glitter.  The wedding dress is a Jolee embellishment.  All of the flowers are handmade.  The lillies were made from Susan's Garden Lily die, I crocheted the pink flower and added a pearl flower center.  I added pieces of lace, white feathers and string pearl trim behind the flower.  The label was made with Spellbinders Elegant ovals and the text was printed on white cardstock using my computer.  Thank you for Looking!

"Cherish" Layout, Claire @ 4 (Companion page to "Love" layout, Gabby @4) (Pagemap design by Cathy Cafun

Hi Everyone, just wanted to post another layout that I just completed. "Love" Gabby @4.  I used the same line of papers as the "love" layout below.  The layout design was by Cathy Cafun - all supplies came from the Craft Queen.  www.craftqueen.com.au 

Papers are from the Authentique "Renew" Collection.  The background paper is the "Foundation 2" paper.  I used the "Blossom" paper for the fussy cut small Flowers and the "Rejuvenate" for the fussy cut large flowers(the flowers were attached with foam tape although you can't really tell they pop up from the page.  Additions to the page - torn pieces of black and white and turquoise and white washi tape.  Mickey Choo stamp for the botanical elements in black around the edges (the stamp set doesn't seem to have a name on it anywhere).  I also used Hero Arts "Butterflies and Wildflowers" stamp.  There is a lace butterfly, flower trim, yellow resin rose, stamped butterfly, a transparency, metal flower, yellow seam binding and black twine.  Thanks for looking!
