Ok admittedly, this is kinda creepy. it's meant to be a woman catching snowflakes on her tongue but her tongue took on a life of it's own, LOL! Anyway, this was a used teabag, primed with clear gesso, basecoat of watercolor added and details added with prisma watercolor pencils.
